Guest Pablo Ruiz-Múzquiz Panelist Richard Littauer Show Notes Hello
and welcome to Sustain! On this episode, Richard is at the FOSS
Backstage 2023 that is held in Berlin every year. Today, Richard
speaks with Pablo Ruiz-Múzquiz, CEO of Kaleidos, and creator of
Penpot and Taiga. The episode focuses on open-source design and how
open-source products can be successful. They discuss how Kaleidos
started as a consultancy company, but eventually became a full
open-source products company. They also talk about the benefits and
risks of focusing entirely on open-source products, as well as the
importance of beauty and art in technology. Pablo Ruiz-Múzquiz has
been in open source since 1996 and witnessed Spain's huge trend in
open source. Download this episode now to hear more! Links
