Samara Mahindra is the Founder and CEO of CARER – India’s first
personalised integrative oncology company that provides
customised nutrition-based cancer therapies for cancer patients.
Her rule to success lies in understanding the goal, agreeing on
the outcome, and committing to make it happen.


Samara decided to launch CARER because of her personal experience
of losing her mother to cancer. During the cancer care journey of
her mother, Samara realized that cancer care is not just focused
on medication alone, but the recovery journey that involves
changes in lifestyle also plays a crucial role that could
drastically improve quality of life. Thus, aiming to address this
gap in cancer care, Samara started CARER.
