Anjali Raghuvanshi is the Chief People Officer for
Randstad India. An MBA from ICFAI Business School Hyderabad, she
also has flair for finance, having earned an honors in finance
from the reputed Banaras Hindu University. Anjali is a
Strategic Business Partner who facilitates, supports and
challenges business leaders along with anticipating the
much-needed focus and change in workplace dynamics with the
ever-evolving business landscape. Her experience ranges from
industries like IT, Automotive to Consulting. Anjali is
an expert in driving strategic resource optimization and
rationalization initiatives through the organization. She has
