How to break away from fossil fuels with hydrogen?

With the end of fossil fuels now clearly in sight in the near
future, hydrogen is increasingly taking center stage in the
search for efficient alternatives. Such alternatives are crucial
for the successful long-term implementation of the energy
transition in all sectors and for climate protection. The German
government is convinced that green hydrogen will play a central
role in this as a versatile emission-free energy carrier. 
What are the economic and commercial opportunities for the
European Union? And what role do countries like Qatar play? This
