Why are CBD and Cannabis Products now next to each other in an EU Regulated Market?

Internationally for many years across different ethnic around the
world, Cannabis smokers have been blending Tabacco leaves within
their Marijuana smoking habits. Since the development of the
Cannabis industry in the US in the late 90's, two main
cannabinoids have became popular in this emerging smoking/vaping
industry. The active compound called THC (Delta
9-Tetrahydrocannabinol) with intense mental feeling and its
counter pair CBD (Cannabidiol) with relaxing body feeling. In
2014, an EU brand called Kanavape introduce in France for the
first time in Europe, CBD vape pen e-liquid based, showing no
restriction for selling it as alternative to nicotine e-liquid
because there was no THC and no law on CBD. Thanks to Kanavape
pioneering step and for winning in 2020 its fight at the European
Court of Justice in Luxembourg, against the French gouvernment
who denied the legality of CBD products in the European free

Luxembourg, Austria, ..., are now introducing to their customer
an all new range of legal products, from CBD cannabis extract
derivates product such as in e-liquid vaping form, herbal smoking
