Audiostretto 59/4/24 is a daily podcast with an encouraging
impulse for the day. Hence the combination of numbers: 59 seconds
for 24 hours. 


Every day is unique despite all our routines, plans and
repetitions. Because many today have little time in their day
with a full agenda, each input is a maximum of 59 seconds long.


So just like a ristretto: short, strong and invigorating!


My hope is that this input for each day fits at least one
concrete situation of the listener's day. Hence, you can
experience the day more attentively and consciously with the
willingness to find the respective impulse in your own day and
thus be encouraged to put into practice what you have heard
before.
