Timo Spitzer | Integrity in Leadership

We are very excited about today's guest Timo Spitzer, Head of Legal
DACH at a major European bank, Harvard author, adjunct professor,
well-known keynote speaker and passionate fighter for today's
topic: Leading with more integrity. Given the number of corporate
scandals in the recent years we are discussing with Timo, if and
why the corporate world is currently facing a crisis of trust and
how companies can and have to recover from that in order to regain
a good reputation and the trust from their stakeholders. Timo also
shared with us his strong conviction that - in order to build
long-term success - a company needs to shift from a quick
growth-mindset and revenue-driven shareholder approach to a more
sustainable comprehensive stakeholder approach and implement a
solid value system top-down. We also talked about the financial
upsides of an integer and sustainable leadership style and how ESG
compliance is a good example for how moral standards and integrity
can actually be monetized. Last but not least, as we are both
lawyers, we have of course asked Timo what advisors need to bring
to the table to be mandated by him and become part of his
extraordinary team.
