Anthropologist Dr. Helen Fisher's latest book is "The First Sex: The Natural Talents of Women and How They are Changing the World" which looks closely at gender differences in the brain and behavior of men and women. She believes as more women enter the workforce, the particular skills they bring with them, will alter the way we do business.
