Investigators are trying to determine what lead to the death of actor Anton Yelchin, who played Chekov in the new Star Trek movies. His 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which rolled down a driveway and pinned him, was part of an April recall by Fiat Chrysler over a gearshift issue that might confuse drivers into thinking the car was in park when it was actually in neutral.
