Hour 1: Michael Bloomberg has announced he will not run for president. He noted that we cannot afford to give Trump or Cruz a better chance to win. The Washington Post has published 16 negative articles on Bernie Sanders.. A Tax Forgiveness policy is being considered by legislators. The forgiveness would be yet another tax haven/loophole provided to huge corporations.
Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Erin Andrews has been awarded $55 million for her invasion of privacy case. Cenk talks about how he wouldn’t have even sued if this happened to him. Christianity Today newspaper is being criticized for posting a father’s ad for his daughter’s hand in marriage, citing her virginity as a big selling point. Ana talks about having to disappoint her father with her wedding plans that won’t include a priest. Sweden’s Lib party is proposing a new law that would allow an expecting father to have the opportunity to opt out of becoming a parent within 18 weeks of conception. If he chooses to abandon the baby, he will have no financial or parental responsibilities.
