Travel apps and websites are changing the way people travel, with some more successful than others. Airbnb is one of those that is growing and gaining more followers. It allows users to find accommodation in 190 countries around the world- an entire home for rent or just a room. It’s faced legal challenges in cities from Amsterdam to New York but lots of people who have used it say it’s the only way to travel. Jason Clampet, the founder and head of content for Skift., a travel industry news company, tells us how it’s changing the travel industry.
And, the 16th annual World Music Festival Chicago, runs from September 11th through the 21st. This years event will feature artists from 33 different countries, including Mali's Vieux Farka Toure, Quebec's La Bottine Souriante and Nigerian Seun Kuti. Morning Shift and Radio M host Tony Sarabia joins to tell us which performers should not be missed.
