Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) has blocked military aid to Egypt in light of a series of mass trials and hasty sentencing of a variety of groups, including leaders of the banned Muslim Brotherhood. Cherif Bassiouni, professor emeritus of law at DePaul University, joins us to discuss the situation.
