On Thursday, the U.S., Russia, Ukraine and the EU reached an agreement calling on the armed pro-Russian militants to give up government buildings, which they’ve occupied in eastern Ukraine. The deal also calls for the groups to disarm and requires all sides to refrain from violence. Julia Ioffe, a senior editor at "The New Republic," tell us whether she thinks the deal can hold. Then, Jim Jarmusch’s latest film "Only Lovers Left Alive" tells the story of Adam and Eve, a pair of vampires who live on separate continents. Eve is in Tangier with another vampire, Marlowe, and Adam is in Detroit. Eve comes to Detroit to be with Adam. Blood is in short supply -- vampires no longer bite someone in the neck, but instead get blood supplied like a drug. Film contributor Milos Stehlik tells us why this is no ordinary vampire movie.
Finally, each week Nari Safavi, co-founder of the Pasfarda Arts and Culture exchande, give his picks for a global weekend. This week, he'll recommend a documentary examining big oil in Africa, a lecture on the role of the internet in the Muslim world and an Easter Smorgasbord.
