Russian troops remain in Crimea. The U.S. has called on Putin to remove his troops from the region and the EU has threatened to impose sanctions if the Russian military remains in Crimea. We'll discuss the European and U.S. response to the crisis in Ukraine with Michael Cohen.

Then, we'll take a look at the re-run elections following protests in Thailand and social unrest over high unemployment, corruption and inequality in Bosnia.
