Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia and Slovenia say they've received messages containing threats of terrorist attacks at the upcoming Olympics in Sochi. We'll assess the security situation with Thomas de Waal, a senior associate in the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment.

Then, we'll discuss Egypt's new constitutional with comparative constitutional expert Tom Ginsburg and listen to some "Belgotronic" music from Belgium.
