The conflict in the Congo has had a major development with the defeat of the armed rebel group M23, but peace talks have not been fruitful so far. Then, last weekend negotiators failed to reach an agreement on Iran's uranium enrichment programs. Iranian-American Nari Safavi tells us why he thinks the talks broke down, at least for the moment.
