Casey Marsh, managing director of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in Chicago, tells us about UNICEF's relief efforts and explains the challenges of getting aid to those most in need in the Philippines. Then, Carmi Gillon headed the Israeli Shin Bet security service in the 1990's-during the Oslo Peace Process through Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's assassination.
