112 garment workers perished in a fire last month in a factory outside Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka. The workers were making garments for major Western retailers such as Walmart and Disney. We’ll discuss the abysmal track record of Bangladesh’s garment industry with Charles Kernaghan, executive director of the Institute for Global Labor and Human Rights. Walmart officials declined to join the conversation.
