The tables are turned as Marian McPartland becomes guest on her own show Piano Jazz with Guest Host Elvis Costello. This is part one of a two part special covering hi-lites of the history of Piano Jazz. It begins with a fitting introduction of Elvis singing "Our Love Is Here to Stay" accompanied by Marian. Then Elvis and Marian discuss various guests who have been on the show and play clips from those shows.
