Time for a song. Like most of the Soul Amp songs it's an odd one:
My Friend
It seems the story of life is to just keep plugging away. I've watched my mom do it. And my dad did it to. Therein lies the beauty of life. Not giving up and continuing to grow and enjoy what we have around us, right? Well that and beer (in moderation). That's what I think. You might think something different, but maybe that's what the freaky song above is mostly about I think as well as dealing with what people think of you including your friends and family.... and well you might find the following two photos strange to look at (don't let them freak you out too much)...I'll tell you how I did it sometime:

I took this composite image in Colorado just before a bunch of tornado warnings hit the area. It's a vertical composite of 10 images. It's weird, I know. But enjoy and rock out to the newish song about not giving up... 'cause we can't stand it when you do.

Here's that weird and wonderful Sha La La La La song from the irrepressible Soul Amp:

So sorry to be absent for so long. I think I just went into a bit of a creative slump. I hope to get back to music as well. But here's a couple of odd photos (with more to come) of a Chinese bird sculpture or object or whatever it might be called (it's very cool...it opens) that appears to be floating in midair. It's a little trick to get it to float (no I didn't toss it into the air)...I'll tell you how in a later blog (I have more of these floating object pics to post). I think they are a bit mind bending, but that's just me. I figure they fit the song. Enjoy.
