343 In this episode, I talk about how the world is trying to make life easy, but Jesus said the way to life is difficult and there are few who find it. I teach that taking steps of faith is simple (so simple a child can understand it) but Jesus doesn't say it will be easy.  One of the biggest struggles most Christians face is they are in a hurry.  Here's the truth, if Jesus does not return in the next 5 years, and you are still alive, you will spend the next 1,825 days doing something. Why not grow in grace and truth?

342 In this episode, I talk about the one thing you and I can do to begin to walk by faith. Here's a big surprise...It's getting into the word of God. Jesus said His disciples "abide" John 8:30-32  in the word. He also said, "I am the Vine, and you are a branch." John 15:1-8 This episode also airs on January 10th, 2023, and this is my "spiritual birthday" 30 years ago. On January 10th, 1993 I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and my life has never been the same.

341, In this episode, I shoot from the hip a little and let you hear the scripture God showed me this morning for the episode. The scripture God showed me was in Philippians 3:7-14 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. We are going to make mistakes in life but if you and I are going to learn to walk by faith we are going to have to be ok with falling and getting back up.
