Employees must recognize their needs and responsibility as an individual. Then they can branch out to the needs of the community.  Organizations must put a premium on making sure that their employees are productive and happy. Gone are the days when employees tolerate problems and neglect their wellbeing.  If there’s anything the pandemic taught us, we have to take care of ourselves.
