event at the Heritage Museum in Santa Ana, California!
Listen while we review gourmet food tasting bites from
local chefs paired with Beers from your favorite Orange County
Brewers. This was a great event with a ton of one-off food
bites. Many of the bites were presented by chefs working in
the kitchens of your favorite tasting rooms showing off for the
inaugural year of Palate. We were both very full by the
end, and you will be, too.

Unfortunately we had to reschedule our next Brewery interview,
but have no fear! We have a Supplemental Seattle Episode to
tide you over! Yes, Dan was in Seattle for a wedding and
visited a bunch of great breweries in Seattle. Seattle is
coming up big time, and if you are going up that way, you should
make some time to go out and taste some of the great beer brewing
in the Emerald City! This episode was the exception in that
we recorded at home with just the two of us, but rest assured we
will be out in the wild again soon enough!
