about her experience of being pregnant and being a runner. Kelly
ran track at Texas State University as a distance athlete and
continued to run after her colligate career and now coaches high
school track and cross country. She talks about how pregnancy
affects running, lifting, and daily activities from a
physiological level and a hormonal level. Then they talk about
postpartum and how significant others, therapist, and close
friends can help you get through the rough patches.

in Texas. So did elevation make a difference? Then after talking

the future of sports.
