Why are people racist? How do we solve it?

In this podcast, I want to share my thoughts on why a lot of people are ignorant or choosing to be ignorant and what we call a racist to diversity. What is the root and the hanging branches attached causing this problem to get so wide and untamable. How can we resolve this issue in the most compassionate, and understanding way?
