unsicher: Was darf ich fragen? Was ist zu persönlich? Wann
unterstütze ich — und wann überschreite ich eine Grenze?





In dieser Episode sprechen wir mit Sasha Cook,
Assistenzprofessorin an der Universität Amsterdam, darüber,
inwiefern chronische Erkrankungen im Arbeitsalltag die
verfügbaren Ressourcen beeinflussen, wieso die Auswirkungen
dennoch oft unterschätzt werden und weshalb Kommunikation und
echtes Zuhören entscheidend sind.

Chronic health conditions are not the exception in
working life — they are part of reality. And yet, in many teams
they are often overlooked, treated as taboo, or simply not talked
about.


Many leaders want to respond with empathy, but feel uncertain:
What am I allowed to ask? What is too personal? When am I being
supportive — and when am I crossing a line?





In this episode, we talk with Sasha Cook, Assistant Professor at
the University of Amsterdam, about how chronic conditions shape
the resources people have available in everyday work, why their
impact is still often underestimated, and why communication and
truly listening matter so much.
