Sarah and Jacob Hoggle disappeared in early September 2014 from
Montgomery County, Maryland. They were last seen in the care of
their mother, Catherine Hoggle, who gave conflicting accounts of
their whereabouts before ultimately refusing to disclose where they
were. She was later arrested. Catherine, who has been diagnosed
with paranoid schizophrenia, was deemed mentally incompetent to
stand trial and has remained in a psychiatric facility ever since.
The children's fate remains unknown to this day. Their father, Troy
Turner, continues to seek justice and answers. Their case remains
one of Maryland’s most heartbreaking and high-profile missing
children cases. If you have any information about Sarah and Jacob
Hoggle, please contact the National Center for Missing &
