Pour a cup of tea and join me for a wholehearted stroll back to
2019, when my sister Annaliese and I first sat down to type the
Crawleys and the unforgettable Downton Abbey staff through the
lens of the Enneagram. With plenty of giggles, some slightly
outdated storylines (remember, this was before the first movie
came out!), and a love for both the Enneagram and British drama,
we uncover what makes these characters so timeless.


As you listen, notice how each role – Victim, Villain, Hero, and
Guide – shows up not only in the Abbey but in our own lives.
Because even in fictional stories, we can find mirrors of our own
journey toward a more wholehearted identity.
