Leading Through Crisis

As a leader how do you do make your team feel safe?
Your spouse? Your family? Your employees? Those around you?
When the team gets shaken are you able to reassure them that they
will weather the storm?

Following a brief series intro by Lead Pastor Shane Schlesman,
Community Life Pastor Rodney Green delivers the third installment
of the In The Lead series. Rodney continues with a look at
Nehemiah's challenge to his people to build a wall of protection
from exterior threats despite their internal crisis.

Rodney highlights the benefits of prayer, security, visibility,
commitment, boldness, and passionate communication. And, he
presents a challenge applicable to the WEAG community and all
persons to step into their full potential of leadership.
