I was talking to a friend this morning about how dangerous it is
getting in the world these days. We spoke about all kinds of
crimes and violent acts that are happening.


As we spoke about the kinds of protection people are turning to a
strong wind of thought enterened into my heart.


My mind began to remember all the many countless supernatural
events in the Bible of wars and victories won from heavenly
armies.


I recalled powerful, other-worldly testimonies from simple
missionaries, men, women and even children who cried out to the
Lord throughout the ages.


Many of their persecutors and would-be killers later testified to
seeing huge, maginificent men (angels) with weapons never seen on
earth before.


Others stopped criminals in the very act of life threatening
situations by telling them to "Stop! Jesus does not want you to
do it!" Only to have them throw down their weapon and run away.


The weighty stories are endless, but the point is that there is a
another spiritual dimension that we have been made a part of
through the new birth.


Jesus wants us to have daring faith, and to ask for help from
Him, the Lord Sabaoth, "The Lord of Armies." To expect all of the
supernatural weaponry of heaven to win battles for us.
