Who is Catherine (Cat) Storing?


My journey began in the high-stakes world of corporate
leadership, where I held supportive, managerial, and
director-level roles for over two decades. I witnessed how
high-pressure environments slowly chipped away at creativity,
productivity, and well-being—not only in employees but also in
those leading them. That firsthand experience ignited my passion
for helping others prevent and recover from burnout.


After a whirlwind of success as a TEDx speaker, ghostwriter, and
business coach, I hit a wall myself. Burnout came knocking—and I
answered. That wake-up call led me to step back, realign, and
walk a deeply transformative path of healing and rediscovery.


From the serene landscapes of Bali to immersive studies in
somatic healing, hypnotherapy, and family constellations, I began
unearthing the layers of stored trauma that were holding me (and
others) back. I became certified in Somatic Experiencing, with a
specialty in Somastery, and expanded my practice with powerful
hypnotherapy tools that unlock profound change at the
subconscious level.


But I didn’t stop there.


I also discovered the incredible healing power of sound. Today, I
integrate intentional sound frequencies, vocal activations, and
vibrational healing tools to support deeper emotional release,
nervous system regulation, and cellular transformation in my
client sessions. Whether it’s through sound bowls, rhythmic
drumming, or channeled vocal harmonics, sound helps accelerate
breakthroughs that talk therapy or mindset work alone often
cannot reach.


Now, I bring together everything I’ve learned—corporate wisdom,
somatic intelligence, spiritual depth, and sound medicine—to help
high-achieving entrepreneurs and professionals heal faster,
reclaim their energy, reignite their creativity, and thrive in
all areas of life. My work supports the whole human: mind, body,
and soul.
