Thomas “Tom” E. Ferguson has served as the President and Chief
Executive Officer of AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ) since November 2013.
AZZ Inc. is the largest independent hot-dip galvanizing and coil
coating company in North America, holding #1 positions in both
markets. The company delivers sustainable, high-performance metal
coating solutions that enhance the durability and appearance of
essential infrastructure, buildings, and products.


Prior to joining AZZ, Tom built an impressive career at
Flowserve, a global manufacturer of engineered pumps and
mechanical seals. From 2010 to 2012, he served as President of
the Flow Solutions Group. Previously, he held various executive
roles, including:





1. Senior Vice President (2006–2012)


2. President of the Pump Division (2003–2009)


3. President of the Flow Solutions Division (2000–2002)


4. Vice President and General Manager of Flow Solutions Division
North America (1999–2000)


5. Vice President of Marketing and Technology (1997–1999)


His career began with BW/IP International (now Flowserve), where
he held roles in marketing, sales, engineering, and operations
from 1987 to 1997.


Tom’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional
achievements. He has served on several advisory boards and
councils, including:
