Today we’re coming to you again from Royal Ascot on day 4 where
Nick is joined by ITV’s Rishi Persad and the Mirror’s David Yates.
Whilst the racing is our main focus, that didn’t stop the team from
working in some cricket antics and football chat. But back to the
racing we look back on the Gold Cup from yesterday and the triumph
for the Gosden, Buick and Godolphin team with comment from trainer
and jockey. Then we gets Timeform and TPD’s assessment of the race
before moving onto the two Group 1s this afternoon, the Coronation
Stakes and the Commonwealth Cup. We have a market update from
Fitzdares before Ollie Sangster discusses his two fillies in the
mile contest and owner Emma Palmer share why she expanded into the
flat game as she looks forward to cheering home Lady With The Lamp
in the Commonwealth Cup.
