driver—impatient with the procession—forced his way through a pack

struck a female biker, dragged her, and left her with
life-changing, possibly paralyzing injuries. In the chaos, he shot
another biker, who returned fire in self-defense. The driver then
fled the scene, leading responding bikers on a 20-mile pursuit
before authorities intervened. The incident occurred around noon on
Saturday near KY 88 and St. Anthony Church Road, and is now under
