Most recently, he was arrested in Canatara Park for wearing his
club colors, which are now banned under local park regulations.
Signs have been posted throughout the park notifying visitors that
all gang colours and gang clothing are prohibited. According to
officials, anyone entering the park in violation of the rule is
considered to be trespassing under Section 2(1)(a)(ii) of the
Trespass to Property Act – “Engaged in Prohibited Activity on
Premises.” Those who do not comply may be subject to removal or
