Goggin of Skindred was our second ever interview, back in
November 2020. To celebrate 5 years as a podcast, the man who
drums on our theme song makes his long overdue return to keep our
weekly interview streak going. We've spoken at length about the
huge role Skindred plays in The Itch's story, so Arya was the
perfect choice. And he brings not only a great memory of his
experiences in St. Louis (and our previous conversation), but the
amazing story of Skindred's unexpected grassroots ascent to the
top of the UK music charts with their most recent album Smile,
plus a side project he hopes the world eventually hears, and a
surprising percussion instrument that might make an appearance on
Skindred's completed ninth album. Arya was one of our first
