Imani-J - Blind

I wrote this song for the Play It Strange Nationals Peace Song
competition 2024 and was selected as a National Finalist. As a
prize I got to work with Auckland based Producer EDY on it, and
it's being released as a single under Imani-J and on the Play It
Strange Album. The song is about how I feel like we are currently
living in a world full of violence, hardship and suffering and
about how some people choose to turn a blind eye to this because
it’s easier to pretend not to see it. I want this song to get
people thinking and reflecting and I really hope they choose to
not be blind.
