Riptide - Where The Girls Are

Nick and Cody are watching over some college girls as they
vacation in California. Somebody is trying to kidnap them, but
the girls seem clueless to it and would rather party than be
protected. At one point I think the guys wish they would be
kidnapped. Oh, one of the bad guys is none other than George
