My guest in this episode is Mauricio Rauld. Mauricio is a
California licensed attorney with over 17 years of experience. His
expertise is in private placements and asset protection and has
helped clients raise well in excess $100 million in capital through
Reg D offerings. Mauricio assists with capital raising while
ensuring compliance across all governing authorities. Mauricio was
selected as a Southern California Rising Star by the Southern
California Super Lawyers magazine, which recognized him as a top
2.5% ‘up-and-coming’ lawyer in Southern California. Most recently,
he served as general counsel to Mahogany Bay Village (Hilton’s
newest branded resort hotel) in the development of the country’s
largest luxury resort in Belize, where he resided during the
development phase and beyond. Mauricio frequently shares the stage
