294: Nick Bond: A Millennial Unemployable By Choice

My guest in this episode is Nick Bond. Unemployable by choice,
Nick Bond, age 22, is a recent college graduate that is building
his own real estate business rather than getting a job. Nick
recently graduated from the University of Florida. While in
college, his parents encouraged him to educate himself in the
different aspects of real estate investing. This influenced him
to not go the traditional route of going to college and
getting a “job.” Instead, he has started flipping/investing in
raw land, and bought a house to do a “house-hack.” He has also
started a blog aimed at helping millennials become financially
free.
