Andrew Yang For UBI Czar

Forget Congress.  They're out to lunch. 


Forget HR 6496.  It'll get done whenever the Senate
remembers that November is the election.


Andrew Yang needs to pitch his UBI to all 50 states who are all
running on fumes and desperately need revenue.


So does the American people of which 80% live check to check.
