Louisa Pau delighted in owning and running her creative agency
for many years, before stress and ill-health caused her to pause
for thought.


After regaining her health, Louisa realised that agency owners
tend to work themselves into the ground, without stopping to
figure out how they could change what they do so that they can
have a healthy business AND a healthy life.
