Jay McAuley just completed his first season as the Head Coach of
Wofford. At the ripe age of 36 years old, he was handed the keys
to a Cadillac. We discussed year one as a head coach, his
influences coaching/playing under the likes of Jim Harrick, Chris
Holtman, Mike Young. He gives advice to young coaches, he talks
about soaking it all in and he discusses the chip on his shoulder
he has always had.
