It's a SPOILER-FREE episode this week with another edition of The
Binge! We open with Pilipinas on Pause where we discussed the
metro's flooding and transportation issues. That sounded serious
but if you know us, alam mo namang we're really not. We also took
the opportunity for a quick Ka-Pause Catch Up Corner where we
spotlighted a few messages from our listeners. Then onto movies!
Sinimulan namin sa The Entitled na directed by Theodore Boborol and
starring Alex Gonzaga. Join us as we share our thoughts on this
Netflix chart-topper built on spit, vomit, and poop... And some
jokes and gags. Then Ham talked about Through Ernesto's Eyes, a
critically acclaimed and award winning Brazilian movie. She tried
her best to pronounce the names of its cast to varying degrees of
success. Napanood pala namin 'to online sa Hiraya Cinema.
Unsurprisingly, Mike didn't have plenty of useful insights to
contribute to the discussion. We then got into Incantation, a
Taiwanese horror film na sa totoo lang si Mike lang ang nanood in
full dahil takot si Ham. Lastly, pinag-usapan ang Purple Hearts
kung saan naalala ni Ham ang favorite niyang Nicholas Sparks novels
and the steamy scenes therein. Oh and by the way, this is the final
episode of our 3rd season! Just like that, it's already been 3
years and we're at least marginally better than when we started!
Marginally better and proud of it! See you on Please Pause Season
