Flight of Sadness with And the Breadwinner Is..., Green Bones, Uninvited, Anora, and Nosferatu

SPOILER-FREE pa rin! Please Pause is entering a new chapter...
And it's not as exciting as it sounds. The podcast isn't dead
though so hooray! We're coming from our December vacation so
we'll tell you about some of our misadventures from that. And
since wala kami nung MMFF, we had to catch up on the festival. We
were able to watch And the Breadwinner Is..., Vice Ganda's MMFF
comeback project directed by Jun Lana. Is it a Vice Ganda movie
or is it a Jun Lana film? Pag-usapan natin. Mike was also able to
catch Green Bones and Uninvited, two of the most hyped films from
this year's line up of entries. Other than that, we were also
able to watch some films while on vacation. Isa na dyan ang
critically-acclaimed film ni Sean Baker na Anora, where Mikey
Madison plays the titular stripper/sex worker/firecracker. Hindi
lang 'yan, napanood na rin namin ang isa sa mga most anticipated
horror movies in recent memory, Nosferatu! At hindi pa tapos!
Also in this episode, Squid Game 2, Perfect Days, and Late Night
with the Devil.
