Dark City (1998)

Our Missing Pieces lap of disorientation continues with Dark City,
a mind-warping sci-fi film from Alex Proyas that's lost in time.
Before getting lost in a city of perpetual night that seems to
reset itself each time the clock strikes midnight, we're headed
back to the island for our first real dose of Ana Lucia in LOST,
then confessing to Mia that we're undercover cops in the Fast and
Furious Minute. Then, we turn our sights to the sky (?!) for Dark
City, this lap's patron pick from Justin Kleinman. We talk about
the world that the movie has crafted, its spoilery introduction
(and its spoiler-free trailer), and -- of course -- all of the
