Game of Death (1978)

Game of Death could have been a stone-cold classic and one of the
best films of all-time. It is not. In this episode, we dig into
why. Before we enter the pagoda, though, we chat about Eastbound
and Down, MLB Showdown, and Young Rock, and we break down the
penultimate minute in the Turbo Charged Prelude. Then, we dive deep
into Game of Death to learn more about the behind-the-scenes
tragedy, insanity, and outrage. We also watch and talk about the
(relatively) newly-released Game of Death Redux, which offers an
amazing (and ultimately kind of frustrating) insight into what this
