"How much is this?"
Magkano ito? or Magkano? if you want to be polite you can
say
Magkano po ito? or Magkano po? while holding the product or
pointing to it.
If want to get some discount you may say "Bawasan mo naman" or
"Wala bang bawas?"
If the price for example is a hundred pesos and you are given a
ten peso discount you say "Thank you" in English right? You can
say "Salamat" or "Salamat po"

The Philippine peso, also referred to by its Filipino name piso,
is the official currency of the Philippines.
The Philippines have a 1000 peso bill, a 500 peso bill, 200 peso
bill which is rarely used, 100 peso bill, 50 peso bill, 20 peso
bill, 10 peso coin, five peso coin, 1 peso coin and 25 centavo
coin, and 10 centavo coin, and 5 centavo coin.
When in the Philippines it's better to go to reputable money
changers instead of having your money or dollar converted in the
black market.
