This week on The Get Down we switch it up a little bit and
are joined by convicted bank robber Russell Manser. Russell has
lived a pretty different life to what some of us may call
"Normal" from robbing banks, escaping custody and overcoming a
dangerous heroin addiction, Russell is nothing less than a
survivor! This story of redemption is one of inspiration, however
it does contain some very heavy content. Listener discretion is
