The Earth's layers explained

The Earth is made up of layers - and we can define those layers
in two ways  - as being chemical (crust, mantle, core) or
mechanical (lithosphere, asthenosphere, mesosphere, outer core,
inner core).  This episode explains the layers and why they
are important for plate tectonics and more.
